Real life experience, a fast-paced course to fit busy schedules, very strong instructors and a qualification that makes a difference in one's aviation career are all reasons I would strongly recommend the UVic Diploma in Business Administration with the aviation option. Aviation used to be all about and only about the flying qualifications that one has. Now employers in this industry are looking for much more—communication and organizational abilities for example—all human factors that are in my opinion equally as important as the ability to professionally fly an aircraft. The DBA program excels in building this important human skill-set.Simon Dennis, 2007 DBA-Aviation graduate
