The Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL) Facility is a drop-in computing lab available for all students studying languages at UVic. This modern facility has an advanced instruction network, with satellite connections and is equipped with Windows PC and Macintosh computers that can read and write in a variety of languages. The CALL Facility also has a large library of listening materials as well as language learning computer programs. English Language Centre students receive an orientation to this facility at the beginning of their program and are encouraged to visit regularly to improve their listening and comprehension skills. The CALL lab is open 7 days a week.

The ELC Study Centre is a favourite gathering place for 12-Week Program students who want to practise their conversation skills with UVic students and volunteers from the community. The Study Centre also has a library of books for all levels of English students, as well as magazines, newspapers, videos and language games.

The Pronunciation Centre offers 12-Week Program students the opportunity to work with an ELC teacher in small student groups to focus on common pronunciation problems and improve their English fluency.

Computer Labs in 4 locations on campus offer students unlimited access to modern Windows PC and Macintosh computers for email & class projects. UVic's labs are open 7 days a week. ELC students are given a UVic computer access and email account at the beginning of their program.

The McPherson Library is the main library on campus. ELC students use their UVic student card to borrow materials from the library, and also have access to the video and music sections.
