The 12-week Fast Track Program leads to a Certificate in Business Administration (CBA). This program is designed to develop your understanding of business theory and practices in a short period of time. The accelerated format of the Fast Track Program ensures that your career is not interrupted for long periods of time. A peer case-based learning environment provides the support and real-practice in which to apply your knowledge and experience.
The Certificate in Business Administration will be of value to you if:

• Your previous education is of a specialized nature and you wish to acquire a broader understanding of business management
• As a business owner or manager you wish to encourage your staff to enroll in a systematic program of training and professional development in business administration
Admission Requirements
Due to the intensive nature of the Fast Track Program two years post-secondary education or a minimum of five years' work experience is required.
If your first language is not English, you will be asked to prove evidence of fluency in English through the submission of a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (213 Computer Based TOEFL, 79-80 Internet Based TOEFL) or a minimum of TOEIC score of 755. On Campus
This is a 12-week program consisting of eight courses. Classes are customarily held on-campus on weekdays from 9:00am to 4:30pm. This schedule may vary, depending on class format and location.
To qualify for the University of Victoria's Certificate in Business Administration, candidates are required to successfully complete eight courses. In the Fast Track program these courses are made of up a standard curriculum of core business courses. When you register for the program you are automatically enrolled in the set combination of courses.
