This course examines the role of sales management in business organizations. Topics include: planning, directing, and controlling the sales effort; sales force organization, compensation, and motivation; sales force recruitment, selection, and training; personal sales strategies; buyer-seller relationships; and current sales management issues such as ethics and consumer protection.
On Campus
This course is normally 13 weeks in duration and consists of one three-hour class per week. Classes are customarily held on campus on weekdays from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. This schedule may vary, depending on class format and location.
In order to perform maintenance on the UVic servers, there will be intermittent outages this Saturday, May 19 from 6:00-8:00 am (Pacific Time). You may not be able to log in to your courses during this period.
