Power of Teams

CACE 0.5 elective credit

Only offered online.

Explore strategies, from a variety of role perspectives, for building teams, enhancing existing teams and rescuing teams that are in trouble. Explore strategies of effective teams, including creating an inclusive team environment, constructing meaningful roles and activities for team members and developing reflective team assessment skills.

Objective

Upon completion of the workshop, participants will be able to identify key strategies for the development of effective teams. These include:

• creating an inclusive team environment
• constructing meaningful roles and activities for team members
• developing reflective team assessment skills.
