Knowing how to get the message out to your stakeholders is the key to a successful communication plan. This course examines various communication tools such as print, electronic, advertising and video, and determines how to obtain the right mix and when to use these tools. We also look at some of the latest methods of reaching and hearing from stakeholders with such vehicles as the Internet and direct mail. At the completion of this course, you will have an understanding of the different roles covered by communication media and the most effective methods to deliver the message using a specified budget.
Prerequisite: Public Relations Theory and Practice
