Coaching 101: Developing Your Basic Coaching Skills for Workplace Success

Coaching is the fastest growing segment within the field of personal and organizational development. In this workshop, you will explore the wide variety of coaching definitions, expectations, styles and specialties. You will also consider and examine core coaching competencies as they are being understood and applied in today’s workplace. 

In this highly interactive and pragmatic course, whether you are a novice or an experienced coach, you will gain insight or further understanding of your strengths and your style as you practise basic and essential coaching methodologies and processes with each other. Increase your coaching confidence so that you can become a more effective colleague or manager in contributing to the personal achievement and growth of others within your organization.
