This course consists of a concentrated review of the entire 19 module FPSC CFP exam syllabus, with emphasis on the case study type of analysis. Content consists of an overview of the financial planning industry, financial management/financial structures, tax planning, asset management, estate planning/law/trusts, retirement planning, risk management/insurance, case studies and CFP exam technique.
On Campus
The course is normally 13 weeks in duration and consists of one three-hour class per week. Classes are customarily held on campus on weekdays from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. This schedule may vary, depending on class format and location.
In order to perform maintenance on the UVic servers, there will be intermittent outages this Saturday, May 19 from 6:00-8:00 am (Pacific Time). You may not be able to log in to your courses during this period.
