The objective of this course is to provide an understanding of operations management in the aviation industry with specific emphasis on the following key components:
Learning Outcomes:
A fundamental understanding of how an international organization functions and is managed, using an airport case study as it would apply to a commercial airline pilot.
Please Note: This course can only be taken in Intensive Format as part of the DBA - Diploma in Business Administration - Aviation Option program.
